Domestic Shipping is FREE on orders over $100!

SHIPPING OPTIONS:

  • FREE 5-7 BUSINESS DAY SHIPPING when you spend over $100. This excludes any items stated to be 'Pre-Order' and if carriers experience possible delays that are out of our control.
  • STANDARD SHIPPING (5-7 BUSINESS DAYS) Shipping price will be calculated at checkout based on order size & location. 
  • PRIORITY 2-4 BUSINESS DAY SHIPPING (FEDEX EXPRESS, UPS, or USPS). Must be placed by 2 PM EST. Shipping Price will be calculated at checkout based on order size & location. 
  • UPS Ground (3-5 business days) Shipping price will be calculated at checkout based on order size & location. 
  • UPS 2-Day (Guaranteed delivery within 2 BUSINESS days if placed by 2 PM EST) Shipping price will be calculated at checkout based on order size & location. 
  • UPS Overnight (Guaranteed Next BUSINESS day delivery if placed before 2 PM EST) Shipping price will be calculated at checkout based on order size & location.
  • FREE SHIPPING on all domestic EXCHANGES.

TRACK YOUR ORDER:

  • Once your order is packed and processing, you will receive an email with a tracking number.

International Shipping & Orders:

Delivery for international packages can take up to 7-21 business days. Customers may be responsible for covering extra customs & tax fees for their package. 

Lost or Stolen Packages:

We offer Route Package Protection with every order, which covers packages that are lost, stolen or damaged in transit. The box for Route Protection is automatically checked during checkout, so you will need to opt out by un-checking the box if you do not want the coverage. Please note: If you choose not to add Route Package Protection to your order, you accept that Gold Hinge is NOT liable for items that are lost, stolen or damaged in transit.
