Returns & Exchanges
RETURN POLICY INFORMATION
- Items can be sent back for STORE CREDIT or EXCHANGE only. Refunds will NOT be given.
- All items must be unworn and unwashed with the original tags attached.
- NO RETURNS will be accepted on garments with stains. This includes makeup or deodorant stains; please be aware of this when first trying items on. Please wear undergarments when trying items on.
- No returns will be accepted on playsuits/bodysuits. These are FINAL SALE.
- Eligible items can be sent back/exchanged within 30 days of the date in which the order was delivered.
- The cost of the return shipping label ($5.95) will be deducted from the store credit amount at the time of the return.
- USPS return labels are sent via e-mail or can be downloaded after the return/exchange is approved.
- Returns on international orders can be accepted, but the buyer is responsible for obtaining and purchasing their own shipping return label.
Sale Tab/Storewide Sales/Warehouse Sales/Holiday Sales
- ALL ITEMS under our SALE tab are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Items purchased during the following storewide sales are ineligible for return and are FINAL SALE: Warehouse Sales, Black Friday/Cyber Monday Sales, Flash Sales, Holiday Sales (e.g. 5 Days of Gold Hingemas) and BOGO Sales. Orders placed during these sales CANNOT be Cancelled or Changed/Edited.
*Pre-Order items are FINAL SALE and the customer understands that additional delays on Pre-Order items can happen. Please allow an additional 1-2 weeks for pre-order items to ship.
EXCHANGE POLICY
- EXCHANGES are only offered for the same item in a different size or color.
- Exchanges will be processed once we receive the customer's return. We cannot guarantee that we will have the requested size/style in stock. Please allow 1-2 weeks for your exchange to be processed (pre-order items could take longer).
- There is no need to re-order new sizes for exchanges. Orders placed before exchange is processed will not be refunded.
- Exchanges are valid for all U.S. orders ONLY and DO NOT apply to international orders.
