Returns & Exchanges

Items can be returned for a refund within 14 days of the date the order was received. After 14 days, items can be returned for EXCHANGE or STORE CREDIT, within 30 days from when the order was received. A $7.95 restocking fee will be automatically deducted from the refund/store credit amount. Any shipping fees associated with a customer’s order are NON-REFUNDABLE.
All items must be unworn and unwashed, with the original tags attached. Returned items that appear to be worn or are stained will NOT be accepted. This includes makeup or deodorant stains; please be aware of this when first trying items on. Please wear undergarments when trying items on. All accessories are FINAL SALE, including hats, socks, headbands, gift items, etc.
For exchanges- if there is no price difference on the exchange item, then this will be an even exchange with no fees attached. If exchanging for a more expensive item, the customer will be able to pay the difference in the return portal. If the item is less expensive, the customer can choose to have the remaining balance refunded to the customer’s card or given in store credit. We cannot guarantee that your requested exchange item will be in stock at the time the return is being processed. If the item is no longer in stock, store credit will be given in its place. There is no need to re-order new sizes for exchanges, the exchange order will be created automatically. If a customer places their own exchange order, the original order will not be refunded. Exchanges are valid for U.S. orders ONLY and DO NOT apply to international orders.

ALL ITEMS under our SALE tab are FINAL SALE and cannot be refunded, returned or exchanged.
Items purchased during storewide sales are ineligible for return OR exchange and are FINAL SALE including but not limited to the following: Warehouse Sales, Black Friday/Cyber Monday Sales, Flash Sales, Holiday Sales (e.g. 5 Days of Gold Hingemas) and BOGO Sales. Orders placed during these sales CANNOT be Cancelled or Changed/Edited.

PLEASE NOTE: The NEW updated Gold Hinge Return Refund Policy goes into effect on 4/30/25 and cannot be applied to any previous return/exchange submission before 4/30/25. Any existing exchange order or store credit amount prior to 4/30/25 cannot be altered to a refund.

Returns on international orders can be accepted, however, the customer is responsible for obtaining and purchasing their own shipping return label. International customers should reach out via our support email (support@goldhingeboutique.com) to request a return. All international customs fees, duties, and taxes are NON-REFUNDABLE.

Please allow an additional 2-3 weeks for pre-order items to ship. More specific lead times will be included in the product description for the specific item(s). If other items are included in your pre-order item order, these will NOT ship until the pre-order item arrives at our warehouse; the entire order will be shipped together.
